Terry, I made a balcony railing for a guy that was a retired fireman. The room off of the balcony had a fire poll down into his den. Maybe when you get your poll shined up you could make a fake hatch an railing for it. It would really make people take a second look. Bob Ehrenberger Shelbyville, Mo
