Hi Justin,
    Though I would never recommend for someone inexperienced with ac wiring to
try and install additional circuits by them selves, but, unless you live in a
very strange accommodation, there is 220 located within you homes breaker
box.  As others have said, have a dryer circuit installed and then you can use
most any 220 volt tools you may want.
