None of the texture finish coats are UV stabilised, at least none available
here, and the texture will hold the dirt.

I dont sandblast  paint I sandblast the powdercoat, its only to get a matt
look because all the p/coats are very glossy.

Huh?  Powder coats have a very wide range of surface textures from high
gloss to crinkled.
