Point taken on the distance of Vancouver to Sea-town. C'mon, it's ONLY =
three hours' away!
You should go check out Don Kempers' place in Ridgefield, WA. he's the =
former NWBA prez and has a heck of a shop. There's a list of upcoming =
workshops at his place including a Doug Newell class this weekend at =
blacksmith.org. Doug's Awesome and I'm still making tools that I =
sketched at a class of his two or three years ago!
Darryl Nelson is also teaching Oct. 25-27 an animal head & sculpture =
workshop.=20

I've been thinking about sub-leting my space in Ballard as the rent's =
not getting any cheaper and I just bought a new house, etc., etc.
It's well equipped and cozy enough for one other person. There is nat. =
gas in the building, although I'm on propane at the moment. The coke =
forge is almost up and running  and the 3B is well... we'll see after =
the next machinist bill.

	Seattle's a bit of a hike. :(

Don't forget the NWBA conference Oct 11,12 & 13th at the fairgrounds in =
Chehalis, WA
Elizabeth Brim and our own Dave Lisch will be demonstrating.

	My mom sent me the mailer.  I have to get hold of Jerry Kagele and let =
him know I am now a <gasp> resident of Washington.  I passed through =
Chehalis on Saturday and again Sunday.  I'd like to attend the =
conference and meet some of the folks.
