Hi all
I have a hand crank geared buffalo forge blower model 300. The question I 
have is, does anyone have any idea how the bottom shaft is sealed behind 
the fan blades? There is a cup which when removed reveals a roller bearing, 
but there was no packing or sealing material in the cup (just dirt). If 
this was lubricated with oil it would run out past the bearing. Any ideas? 
Wheel bearing grease? What is the normal lubricant in these?
