The only times I would get to see "Uncle Bud" was every 
January when he would come down and M.C. for the Bill
Gichner Hammer In. He would come down along with the
New England contingent that would include Peter Hapney,
David Court and others. Those are always memorable events.

For those that never had the privilege of meeting Bud,may
recall his articles he used to write for the Anvils Ring about
he and his "freind/helper" Jean. I believe they were entitled
"A Beginners Resorce".  As I was just getting started then,
his article was always the first one I read. Never failed to
learn from them.

Bud will be missed!
