The browser Opera also includes this feature to block popup windows.  If
I 
remember correctly, Mozzilla is very similar to Netscape.  Opera looks 
quite a bit different, but functionally is similar.  Opera has a
slightly 
longer learning curve than Mozzilla.  But now that I'm used to Opera it
is 
my browser of choice.
