[TheForge] Forge explosion

I get them occasionally when using coal in the riveters forge. Doesn't do it
with coke. At the historical site where we have a bellows, we used to get
them frequently. I suspected that the valves inside the bellows were leaking
and creating a little backflow as the lower chamber slowly refilled. I hung
a weight on the bottom of the lower chamber, where the connection for the
pull rod is, to pull the bottom down faster and I don't recall having that
occur in a long time.
