[TheForge] Bugbear virus

All,

I have received the Bugbear virus three times today.  All were seemingly 
from Ralph Sproul (you out there Ralph?), but the "from" could have been 
spoofed.  Anyway, you folks should be on your toes for this one and beware 
of ANY attachments that you aren't expecting or haven't asked for.  And 
most of all, get your virus scanning software updated and do a full scan as 
soon as you can.
