Yep, you're right.  Also in the header of every message received from 
theforge is the instruction on how to unsubscribe as follows:

>List-Unsubscribe: <http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/theforge>,
><mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe>

To contact the List-Owner with questions regarding TheForge, mail should be 
sent to: [email protected] rather than 
[email protected].
