Electrically charged compressed air stream unless someone's wanting to
create a whole new meaning for "hot-blooded." :)
Don't know about brand or type yet. I've been casually considering buying a
plasma cutter outfit, but know so little about comparative performance it's
a tossup right now. I've seen some absolutely beautiful work done with them
though, especially cutouts and decorative filigree work. I'd hate to think
of the time involved using acetylene or hot chiseling in doing some of the
work I've seen.
It's clearly not "traditional" blacksmithing, but it'd be almost impossible
to find anyone who'd pay enough (or maybe at all) for some kinds of work if
done completely traditionally.
