I'm not Ray, but I have the same catalog that just arrived 2 or so days 
back.  The catalog key number is CP6160 (you need to reference this number 
to get the 50% off sale price.  It's on the back page (VIII), item 
44094-5CP8 at $49.99, down from $99.99.

Harbor freight offers free shipping on orders over $50, which the bender 
isn't.  So just add in a $0.99 set of slip pliers (on 50% sale also) and 
you will save the full cost of shipping, well worth the extra 99cent 
purchase.  Keep in mind that the slip pliers are drop forged, which means 
you can take them apart and forge the jaws into custom shapes ... such as 
for scrolling pliers.
