[TheForge] Suprise visit

    I was laying out some work on the welding table today when the dogs
started barking, I walked up to the gate at the front of the shop to see
what the fuss was about. One of the fellows standing there said he was
looking for Alex, because he had two blacksmiths with him from the
Ukraine, who would like to meet him.Well to cut to the chase, in walk
Oleg Bonkovsky and Sergiv Polubotko who are traveling through Trenton on
their way to the ABANA conference. Alex (who was born in the same city
that Oleg lives in) came in and some time was spent touring the shop,
B.S.ing, and looking at Oleg's portfolio (VERY IMPRESSIVE), they were
amazed at the number of anvils we have for sale in the shop, it seems
that anvils are very hard to come by in the Ukraine.
    Naturally after a short while a fire was started, iron heated and
the ring of hammer on anvil was heard. Watching these two gentlemen
forge my only comment is that, those of you attending the conference
will be in for a real treat watching these two smiths work.
