oh ... forgot... i love harbor freight ... not the best made tools but i dont 
run the tools i have 24/7 so they last just fine for me and a bonus .... for 
the money i dont spend on a "quality" tool i can spend on more  cheap hf 
tools  ... i bought a drill press a while back... (not hf) .... took it out 
of the box and when i tried to put it together the bolt holes in the base 
didnt match up .... sooooo .... i rigged it and it does all i ever wanted it 
to do and never notice to mismatched bolt holes.....
