How much $$$ are you looking to spend?  You might want to consider using 
electric shears like Bosch and Milwaukee and others have.  These are not 
nibblers, but shears and they work great.  Take a look at 
http://www.internationaltool.com/shears.htm to see an example of Bosch shears.
