Anvil bick. Now there's an idea.
I've also got a bar of W-1 about that size.
I was thinking of going for the record of the largest Damascus billet. :-)
But maybe I'll combine the two into a bickern.

I've got a similar piece set aside to make an anvil bick, like the one I saw
in Streeter's book.
Mine's a little higher carbon, but yours would work, too.
