I would have to agree with Mike on the adhesives you could also put studs on the back. 16 guage copper is approx 48oz a Sq ft. (just off the top of my head) for clean cutting most sheat metal shops should be able to do it. Or if you have a lot to do. the laser cutter guys are good. There are a number of premixed patinas, try stained glass suppliers or lapidary(sp?) (rock) shops. I use 40 gms of ferric nitrate in 1 liter of water for brown. Some say heated peanut oil works, a light rubbing and heat with a torch.(sp)
