Might I ask what method and what kind of wood you use to make your
own? Reason I ask is that I was considering making it too if I can
get away with it here. Smoke might be a problem if it was too often
or too much. Anyway, I don't want to reproduce your method if it
doesn't have a good flavor. NO flavor is ok.
