Peter Ross is the avatar of hammer control.  He completely changed my
idea of what I could do as a smith.  Some of the best work I ever did
was in his classes.  You show him something and ask "what do you think"
and if it's not up to snuff he always says "you can do better", so I
would always go back and indeed do better.
