Thanks for the link/reference.  I've got a lot of these old things around, 
but am not a 'collector' so to speak.  I doubt that I'll buy the book, but 
it's nice to know it's out there.  Bob Schade gave a url that points to 
another page with a review of the same book.  The review page included the 
following comment:
The late Bill Pieh of Centaur Forge claimed that Canedy-Otto put themselves 
out of business by making too good a product and trying to compete with 
manufacturers that made much lower quality products. Bill claimed that 
everyone else's stuff was "oil leaking junk." Thus Champion and Buffalo are 
the better known but Canedy-Otto was and still is the best. - guru

This type of comment is what has me thinking that I should keep the C-O and 
dump the Champion and Buffalo forges and blowers.  If I opt to sell the 
C-O, well the price has jumped considerably.  But I'm leaning VERY HEAVLY 
towards keeping the and dumping/selling those other pieces of "oil leaking 
junk".  <smile>
