[TheForge] Little Giant prices

My 95lb hammer cost me @ 1300 Australian dollars (650 USD) to build, using
scrap steel, scrap cylinder and all new air controls, took me about 2 weeks
I think off and on so say 50 hours of labour. Its a great tool, my next idea
is converting it to a treadle hammer using air on the bottom of the cylinder
as the spring, which is easily adjustable and a cable and foot lever to
drive it. After watching some of the UMBA videos of treadle hammers in
action I could see the control on individual hits is pretty fine so this
seemed like a good idea. Anyone else tried it yet?
