Probably be practical to use a big wire brush on a body grinder for the 
outside and  trim one of those wire brushes used to clean out heat 
exchanger pipes to square, then modify the handle to fit in a reciprocating 
saw for the holes......congrats, a great price. I lucked out and bought one 
for $350 a few years back, guy even delivered it most of the way from 
Fresno!! Only get that kinda luck once...Pete F
