Oh, there are still a few elderly women left- the last man died a few years
ago, I heard (didn't know him- think he was from Maine), but I'm meaning, as a
viable, active community. Last time I was in Canterbury, the tour guides were
good at leading their canned tour, but one young woman had never met a living
Shaker, and was fascinated when I mentioned knowing Sister Marguerite.
