Bob,

It's easier and quicker to just go to their site and download the pdf file 
of the manual and print it at your leisure.  It's not a tiny file, so 
downloading may take some time.  I think the file is about 2.5meg and it 
even took a little bit of time with a 256kbs dsl line.  If you still have a 
28.8 modem, well just start the download late at night and go to bed.

It may be a long download, but it still beats waiting for them to 
snail-mail it.
