 I'm not familiar with that one, but it looks like it's an email file. I'd try using
my standard file opening software, and if that didn't work, try changing the three
letter tag on the end to something which could be opened by my usual file managers.

Usually that will open it, and while you might have to delete a bunch of extraneous
html stuff, you can usually get to the text and the information that way.
