I am not sure of an online source for a demo but one ore more of the video
tapes at www.umbaonline.org has a demo.  Not sure which tape at the moment.

Here is a try at explaining how to do them:
With a spring swage that makes balls the size you need the grapes to be.
More than one size in a bunch possibly.
using a round bar forge a ball, preferably with a power hammer, with the
spring swage.  Cut the ball and the tapered part behind the ball off the
bar.  This tapered part will then be drawn out to make a stem on the grape.
Tig or Mig weld the stems into a bunch

I have heard of taking ball bearings and welding them into the bunch also.

Any one need directions to make a ball swage?
