Don't know for sure Donn, but I will be the first to
hazard a guess:
Its a wheel for stamping shoe sizes in ladies shoes
made by the "Improved Figure" shoe company.
We know that shoe quality affects our posture
Since it only goes to 10, its for women's shoes
The "1/2" stamp gives it away for marking shoes. What
else would go from 1 to 10 and have a 1/2 marker?
