OK ... I hope this is direct enough  Hey George, why did you take other 
people's personal mail and make it public?

If Kagele and Ryan have a problem with each other, then let them deal with 
it or make it public themselves.  TheForge is a place for discussing 
blacksmithing with the occasional side trip to other social areas such as 
SCA cooking, and visits to NASA sites and the multitude of 
other  non-blacksmithing posts that find their way onto the list.  That's 
what makes this a 'community'.  ABANA discussions are also an integral part 
of the mix.

The legal issues revolving around anvil shooting seem to have been resolved 
with the status changes from "Chapter" to "Affiliate".  Why can't we just 
let it die now and get on with blacksmithing and the upcoming conference?

As for the other stuff in the private e-mails that you made public (without 
permission of both parties I assume) ... Well If I were Tim Ryan, then I'd 
be might upset that you're letting the world know that while he's a board 
member he doesn't seem to want to contribute or do any of the work.  If 
it's Kagele's writing that gets to you ... well let Tim deal with it.

I'll bet I'm not the only one on this list that see's these public postings 
of private e-mails as an attempt to embarrass ABANA in general, not to 
mention the embarrassment to Tim Ryan and Jerry Kagele in particular.  But 
the one thing that it certainly doesn't do is help.
