[TheForge] Forwarded abana mail???

I've seen some of this on another site.  It seems to be spreading from the 
Southeast quadrant.  The headers on the mail that you are receiving will 
tell you where it's coming from.  If you don't want to get any more of it, 
then just hit the reply button on your e-mail reader and send a note back 
to the source and tell him/her/them to take you off their e-mail list.
