[TheForge] fluorescent lamps in the shop

I just replaced one 2 tube 4' unit in my garage that always came on slow in
cold weather . Discovered at Home Depot that they make a "cold weather "
version for $5 more or $25. Works great below freezing. The el cheapo units
$10 dont last long, dont function in the cold and have an annoying hum.
