Hey ;-)

Part of my idea is to get non-SCA smiths involved, and with that in mind, I'll
be happy to help you get set up. I've been discussing this with my Household
members, and essentially, we'll be there for you guys. You'll camp with us,
we'll help you get garb, introduce you around, and pretty much everything else
you need to feel comfortable in a new situation ;-) Consider bringing your SO
and/or kids, too- most SCA events are pretty family friendly.

It's a camping event, so you'll need a tent- we're planning on renting any
extras we need from the Navy. Meals will be served on site- since my Household
are Cooks, we might be eating in camp, too. As far as garb, if you don't sew,
we can make you some, if you do sew, we can give you instructions. Don't have
any prices up yet, but the max should be about $50 per person for the weekend-
what we'll likely plan on doing, is registering us all as a group.

Let me find out who else is interested, and I might set up a List so we can
share information and plans....
