Thanks to all that responded with places to find photography info.  I'd add 
to it the excellant ONGOING series in The Crafts Report.  And whoever it was 
that saying finding the information is half the battle...amen.  I'm still 
looking forward to Harry's article

Suppose it would be rude to point out that I was 9 when Dimitri's article was 
published, had seen a blacksmith once, and had no inkling I'd ever actually 
do it myself....

Suppose it would be even ruder to point out my bride-to-be was 1.
