Don't forget that in most places a "decommissioned" refrigerator must =
either be locked or must have the door removed. The reason for this is =
that children are expected to crawl into such things at the first =
opportunity. This may not be necessary if your shop is always locked.
Frankly, I classify this "need" along with the 4" (or 100 mm) rule for =
railings, etc. But the public and the legislatures ust don't accept the =
idea of a Darwin award for pre-teens.
