you might want to keep quiet about the availability of low cost buildings in northern iowa. it's my opinion that once robert redford, jane fonda, ted turner etc. have bought all of wyoming and montana they will realize the natural beauty and low price of the midwest/great lakes (lots of water).

so far we have been able to keep out most of the riff raff by playing into the "flyover land" that many think of the midwest. but watch out when it turns around.
