Dave, Sounds like you have virtually out grown your shop. Maybe you should visit North Iowa again. Don't worry, it gets cold and snows some here also. I know of a large building on mainstreet with two small attached garages are for sale. Also a large stocked blacksmith shop in the next town, with a retiring Blacksmith/ machinist. Dann
