Bob, I'm just talking through my hat here, but I think that he uses what he
gets submitted to him.
There are a couple BIG considerations, one, what work comes in and two, how
good are the photos.
If more folks would send in GOOD photos of their work, more of that would
get in the book.
The other side of the page :-) is that "they" are going to respond to what
the subscribers want, but
the unhappy subscribers need to voice their opinions to the 'Publications
Committee" (find it on the web site)
and to the Editor (also on the web site).
