I should also have mentioned that the purpose of the light bulb is to keep 
the temperature in the box higher than the temperature outside of the 
box.  Humidity is a relative thing.  In the winter an outside humidity 
level of 60% at 30F is much lower inside the box at 60F.  So, in winter it 
doesn't have to keep the box at 90F or 100F.

But then again, barometric pressure also affects relative humidity ... so 
maybe I hook up a vacuum pump to my refrigerator?  Nah, small light bulb 
works just fine.  I'm just glad I don't live in Louisiana or along the 
Texas Gulf coast, or ... well any of those southern coastal regions.  The 
humidity in Rhode Island was bad enough when I live there, I'm glad I don't 
live where Dave Mudge does.  Not such a bad place, I guess, but it'd be 
better without all the humidity.  Right Dave?
