[TheForge] welding rod storage

I don't know what you need for temperaure for the welding rod, but I use
a 25-watt bulb in my fridge and that keeps everything inside from
freezing. I went to a 40-watt once and that got some of the stuff way
too warm.

FWIW, I live in NH, so, other than this year, this has been good for 0
degF-type weather.
