From the Teaching a Man to Fish School... If you do a Find for WULOADER.EXE 
on your C:\ drive, you should find it in your Windows\System folder. 
Right-click it, choose Properties, and click the Version tab, and it will 
tell you it's the Windows Critical Update Notification. If this is a recent 
development, perhaps a virus got to it. Otherwise, I'd let it proceed, 
especially if you just installed the firewall.
