Yes? Don't know much about Persian, I'm afraid- a bit too modern for me. But
late 5th- early 6th century Romano-Byzantine I could help you with....

What- did you get suckered into the Laurel vs Pelican Iron Chef cook-off? Or
is there another one I haven't heard about yet?
