If my memory is correct, the ABANA Board Meeting was held in La Crosse in
November of 2000.  As I stated before, I only convened the meeting and Doug
Learn was elected new President and took over the meeting.  As far as
signing off on the contracts, this is a vote of the ABANA Board and not on
the shoulders of one individual (president) and would have been a majority
vote by the ABANA Board.
