[TheForge] Little Anvil

Personally I'd say this is a bit high, but that's just me. I'm in the
northeast, where about $1/lb is a great deal, $2 is reasonable, and $3
starts getting a bit high. Also, while another member of the list said that
there is a lot you can do on a small anvil, I'd be worried that 75# is a
little too small, depending on what you want to do. For small work it would
be fine. I've got a 50# that is great when I need to do rivets and such,
but when I'm pounding on a 1/2" piece of metal I don't want the anvil
bouncing around. A ~140# anvil is a wonderful anvil for me, and I have yet
to do any work on it for which it is too small/light. I met a gentleman
yesterday that has a 140# Hay Budden he's looking to get $2/lb for, so for
$55 more you could almost double your anvil weight and have a more
versatile anvil.

Just remember all the above is worth exactly what you paid for it, value
not to exceed the $0.02 or the value of a plugged nickel. :-)
