[TheForge] ABANA -- Clarification

In the last election, there were 4 official candidates, and one write-in 
candidate who stepped up after the lack of a real slate was apparent (and 
whose soon-to-be-wife has threatened to cut him off -- in more ways than one 
-- should he ever do so without talking with her first again).  This final 
candidate did so with the encouragement of several members of the board, and 
LeeAnn...however, he candidacy was vetoed by the Secretary of ABANA, based on 
his interpretation of the bylaws...

I do not question the Secretary's interpretation, have not seen the bylaws to 
read them myself (my bad).

Strikes me there may be less of a lack of willingness, more of a lack of 
awareness of procedure.  

then I am a bit optimistic...

I still suggest we draft Rob Fertner -- and Ralph Douglass now (muhaha) for 
the Board.
