Jeff I would not agree.
In the last election of Board members there were 5 positions open, and
only 4 canidates. Which to me shows that folks want to complain but not
do anything.

I do not think that there is enough desire to actually start a new
group. Starting a new group is a lot of work. Not saying I do not think
it is a bad idea, but just that if eople here were not willing to run
for a board position then who would actually do the new group.
