	Ralph, I saw the LA county DA make the statement himself
	on the tube.  I was visiting a friend in LA at the time.
	If it was a fake, then hats off to them.

	He stated, and this is pretty much verbatim: "we decline
	to bring charges against the Sheriff's office"
