Here, I cna water Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, bfore 8 am or after 5.  
Because we're in a "drought"...never mind the fact that I'm within 5 miles of 
2 rivers, 10 miles from another, and 30 miles from Chesapeake Bay and the 
atlantic Ocean (yeah, salt water -- so build the ^(&^(* desal plant you've 
been taling about for 40 years for crying out loud)


<< Yeah, but we're only allowed to water Wednesdays and Saturdays before 
 10am and after 8pm.
