     That's a quote from Benjamin Franklin. Cutting back on our Freedom
of Information act really chaps my hide. It's like they're fixing things
so they don't have to have any accountability.  I try to be an optimist,
though... and hope I don't cross the line between optimism and
stupidity. No doubt some would think I already have.
