Thanks for the input guys. I just ordered a Miller 175. It is about $100.
more than the Hobart (which is made by Miller, but I think easier to get
parts.) & it has the infinite range. My old mig had 6 and, like Rick said,
it didn't always give me just what I needed. I would have liked to go
bigger but the money difference was too great for the amount of use.
