Hi Folks:

I'm in charge of producing the CD. I just returned from the 
conference/business trip, and I'll be collecting other images and putting
things together. I'm estimating that it'll be ready in about 5-6 weeks, but
that depends on how quickly I can get the rest of the material together.
Please note that the pricing will likely change when it's available through
Bookmasters.

I'll keep you posted on the progress
