[TheForge] Anybody do stamps?

I've got a guy on my Medieval Leather List who wants a stamp made, somewhat
similar to the leather stamps Tandy makes, but truly three-D. His
description follows. It will be used for stamping leather, so it won't need
to be high grade tooling steel, although stainless might be a nice option.
Anybody know anyone who could do it?

Well, I'd be curious to know how much such a critter would cost.

I'd be looking for a stamp with a lozenge face between 3/8" high by 2/8"
wide up to 9/16" by 6/16", with a fully three-dimensional fleur-de-lis
carved into it.
